We use inquiry details and basic website information only for responding to sourcing requests and operating the site.

Information We Collect

Inquiry details such as name, company, country or target market, email, WhatsApp, quantity, launch timing, reference link and message
Minimal rate-limit data used to reduce spam and abuse
Basic page, referrer and browser or device usage data processed through Google Analytics 4

Inquiry Source Context

We use sessionStorage in the current browser tab to retain the first observed public page path, referring domain and limited channel labels, and attach them when an inquiry is submitted. We do not retain full URL query strings or search terms. A random reference for each inquiry can accompany measurement events; names, contact details, messages and internal notes are not sent to GA4. This context is observed or client-reported, not proof of a search query or the complete buying journey.

Quote List and Reference Files

We retain only selected public SKUs, quantities, units and sizes in localStorage so your selection survives navigation. Names, contact details, messages and files are not stored in this list. Submitted reference files are not public downloads; access is restricted to authenticated staff and expires 30 days after submission.

Third-Party Processing
