BUYER FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions for Wholesale Buyers

Review the practical commercial questions buyers ask before requesting a catalog, sample or private-label quote.

Need project-specific guidance?

Design, quantity, packaging and destination details are confirmed against your project before the order is placed.

Can I mix designs, and how is total order quantity different from MOQ per design?

For existing catalog designs, send the quantity of each style so we can check stock and quote the proposed mix. New custom designs start at 100 sets per design. A total of 100 sets does not mean several new designs can share that minimum. Branded cards and boxes have separately confirmed quantity conditions.

Is adding branded packaging the same as developing a new nail design?

No. Keeping an existing nail design and adding a logo card or box is a different brief from developing a new nail design. Nail quantities, printed materials, packaging and accessories are reviewed and quoted separately.

Does a design sample mean one nail or a complete set?

The quote confirms the sample unit, nail count and sizes. USD 5 is the sample fee per design, not one fee covering several designs. Packaging or card proofs and shipping are separate. Review the physical sample before bulk production and keep a written record of the approved specification.

What should I provide for branded packaging and international shipping quotes?

Send your logo artwork, card or box references, quantity per design, destination country and postal code, and target timing. We confirm artwork format and dimensions after reviewing the packaging specification. Special boxes, DDP and Amazon or other marketplace label requirements need feasibility confirmation; they are not guaranteed standard services.

What is the difference between ready-made wholesale and custom private label?

Ready-made wholesale starts with current catalog styles and stock confirmation. Private label starts with a project brief for design, color, logo, nail cards and packaging.

Can I order fewer than 100 sets?

Ready-made styles can be discussed below 100 sets when stock is confirmed before order. The custom-design MOQ is 100 sets per design.

What is the MOQ for custom designs?

Custom designs start from 100 sets per design. Confirmed shape and length combinations can be arranged within that MOQ.

How much does a press-on nail design sample cost?

A design sample is USD 5 per design + shipping.

How much does custom packaging or backing-card proofing cost?

Custom packaging or backing-card proofing typically costs about USD 20, plus shipping. The final fee depends on the printing method, materials and packaging specifications.

How long does sampling take?

Custom sample making usually takes about one week. Existing styles may be faster, complex designs are confirmed separately, and shipping time is not included.

Which nail shapes are available?

Extra short, short oval, short almond, long almond and extra long are available. Other shapes can be confirmed through the catalog or samples.

Can you add my logo, card and packaging?

Yes. Design and color direction, logo application, nail cards and packaging boxes can be reviewed for each project. Buyers provide any instruction-copy text.

Can you support barcodes and SKU labels?

Barcode and label requirements are reviewed during the packaging brief.

Are jelly tabs or nail glue available?

Jelly tabs are available. Liquid glue is not supplied as a standard item.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Company bank transfer and PayPal are available.

How is shipping arranged?

Shipping is quoted separately based on the destination, order weight, packaging volume and shipping method. Air shipping is faster but costs more. Sea shipping is more economical but slower. The plan is confirmed against destination, budget and timing.

How are finished sets inspected?

Every finished set is manually inspected for color consistency, nail-card material, quantity and visible workmanship.

How are verified manufacturing or packing issues handled?

If a manufacturing, packing or other non-customer-caused issue is verified, follow-up handling can be arranged after review.
